Application of Pulse Dust Collector

As high-efficiency industrial dust removal equipment, pulse dust collectors feature pulse jet cleaning technology, high dust removal efficiency and strong working condition adaptability. They are widely used in metallurgy, building materials, electric power, chemical industry and other fields, serving as core facilities for industrial dust control, environmental compliance and clean production.

In the metallurgical industry, pulse dust collectors are suitable for full-process dust treatment in iron and steel smelting. High-temperature resistant filter materials such as PPS and PTFE (temperature resistance: 160-260℃) combined with compartment offline ash cleaning technology are adopted for blast furnace gas purification, converter flue gas and sintering machine dust removal. They efficiently capture high-temperature flue gas with stable particulate emission ≤10mg/m³, saving about 42% energy compared with traditional electrostatic precipitators. They can also treat sulfur and chlorine-containing corrosive flue gas in non-ferrous metal smelting to realize integrated flue gas purification and waste heat recovery.

The building materials industry is a major application scenario. A large amount of abrasive dust is generated in cement kiln tail, coal mill and crushing and screening systems. With low filtering wind speed design (0.7-0.8m/min) and anti-static explosion-proof structure, the equipment restrains PM2.5 penetration and achieves ultra-low emission below 10mg/m³. It can handle high-concentration dry dust in lime, ceramics and glass production, recycle valuable powder materials, reduce raw material loss and cut production costs.

In the power industry, it is essential for boiler flue gas purification. High-temperature coated filter materials are applied to treat high-dust flue gas (dust concentration>30g/m³) from coal-fired power station boilers, resisting temperature fluctuations below 260℃ and maintaining stable dust emission below 10mg/m³. It adapts to viscous and corrosive dust from waste incinerators and biomass boilers, working with denitrification systems to remove particulate matters and harmful gases, with PM2.5 capture efficiency over 99.9%.

In chemical industry, it copes with dust under complex working conditions. Anti-static filter materials and inert gas protection systems are used to safely collect combustible dust in carbon black production and catalyst recovery. PTFE and PPS corrosion-resistant filter materials are selected for acid-base corrosive gas within pH 2-12 to ensure long-term stable operation. Besides, it is applied in food, pharmaceutical and machinery industries to purify workshop dust, recycle powder materials, optimize working environment and guarantee product quality and staff health.

The popularization of pulse dust collectors effectively solves industrial dust pollution, helps enterprises meet environmental standards and realize ultra-low emission. Meanwhile, dust recycling improves resource utilization rate, boosts industrial green and low-carbon transformation, and lays a solid foundation for sustainable development of modern industry.
