Ton bag packaging machine is mainly used for the automatic quantitative filling of bulk materials with a large capacity of 500–2000kg, widely applied in chemical industry, building materials, grain, mineral resources and other industries. With weighing and metering as the core, the equipment combines mechanical transmission, pneumatic control and electrical automation to complete a series of continuous actions such as bag hanging, feeding, weighing, compaction and bag releasing, so as to achieve efficient, accurate and stable ton bag packaging operation.
Before operation, operators hang the lifting belts of the ton bag on the hooks of the equipment. The pneumatic bag clamping device automatically holds the bag mouth tightly, and the lifting mechanism lifts the ton bag to the filling position and tensions it properly. At the same time, the weighing sensor completes zero resetting to prepare for accurate metering.

The feeding stage adopts the dual-speed feeding mode of fast and slow speeds. Materials enter the ton bag from the upper silo through screw, belt or gravity flow. In the early stage, large-flow fast feeding is adopted to fill materials quickly; when the weight approaches the set value, it automatically switches to small-flow slow feeding. The weighing sensor collects weight data in real time and feeds it back to the control system. When the target weight is reached, the feeding mechanism is closed immediately to ensure packaging accuracy.
After filling, the built-in vibration or beating device of the equipment works to compact the materials in the bag and discharge the internal air, so that the materials are evenly distributed and the bag body is regular, facilitating subsequent handling, stacking and transportation. Then the bag clamping device is released, the hooks release the bag, and the lifting platform descends to place the packed ton bag smoothly on the conveying device, completing a working cycle.
The whole machine is centrally controlled by PLC, with automatic linkage of each process. The feeding speed and vibration parameters can be adjusted according to material characteristics. It has the characteristics of accurate metering, stable operation, simple operation and low labor intensity, meeting the needs of large-batch continuous production.
