Working principle
Precision suspension screen using reciprocating rotary motion and low inclination of the screen surface, so that the material in the feed port to produce circular motion quickly achieve material dispersion and stratification, in the middle of the screen box to achieve elliptical motion, can better material screening, so that small particles quickly sieve, and in the discharge end to achieve approximate linear motion, so that larger than the size of the sieve particles rapidly moving to the direction of discharge, The whole screening of the material is completed until it is discharged from the machine. Three motion trajectories of circumference, ellipse and straight line are adopted.
The structure of the Suspension screen
The suspension screen produced by EVERSUN is a high-standard fine screening machine, which is mainly composed of screen box, driving device, screen frame, support frame and vibration damping device, and other components.
- Screen frame: Screen frame can be made into wooden frame or stainless steel frame, customers can flexibly choose the material of screen frame according to the specific material and use scenario.
- Bouncing balls: Suspension screen cleaning device, it is set in the grid of the screen, when the machine works, they will continue to jump up and down, irregular impact screen, so that sticky, stuck in the material between the screen holes are repeatedly thrown up, down, to achieve the purpose of effective cleaning and improve the screening rate.
- Top cover: It is steel structure, plays the role of sealing the screen box, and plays the role of pressing the screen frame. There are four observation ports on the top cover, which is convenient for users to repair and observe the movement of materials.
- Screen box: It is made of riveted steel plate, it can forms a closed structure with the top cover.
- Motor: It adopts vibration motor, stable amplitude, adjustable vibration frequency and wide range, low energy consumption, low noise. It can be made into explosion-proof motor according to customer requirements.
Features of Suspension screen
- The Suspension screen has a fully closed structure and an open structure.
- Fully closed structure has to screen fine powder, dust does not fly. It is low noise, in line with environmental protection requirements.
- Open structure suitable for large particle size material screening, for feeding can be effective visual inspection and control.
- The screener has a combination of circular, elliptical, and linear three kinds of trajectory, screening effect is good, and does not destroy the original structure of the material.
- Equipped with an effective screen plate installation system, easy to clean, so that the screen plate utilization rate is high, long life.
- The gyratory vibrating screen can achieve four effective screening, discharging port can be in accordance with customer demand discharging.
- There is no vertical vibration, and the life of the screen is long (6-12 months).
- Each layer of the screen is equipped with a screen anti-blocking cleaning device. The screen does not block the holes and prolongs the operation period. The screen machine cleans the screen continuously under working conditions.
