ARES Machinery customized a stainless steel linear vibrating screen for the customer, the screen body and the parts in contact with materials are all made of food-grade stainless steel, stable operation in a high clean environment.

The linear vibrating screen adopts double-motor drive structure, which produces stable linear motion trajectory during operation, so that the plastic particles move forward evenly on the screen surface, the small particles fall through the screen mesh, and the qualified particles are retained on the screen surface, thus realizing high-efficiency screening.

In order to further improve the screening precision and processing capacity, we configure the equipment with multi-layer screening structure, which can simultaneously separate the materials of multiple particle size classes, complete the multi-stage screening at one time, and effectively improve the efficiency of the production line.
